April Brings 2 More Schools to The Sheridan Story Network, for a Total of 13

Over the past year, we’ve seen an incredible response to the issue of child hunger in our community. Churches, synagogues, businesses and individuals have acted in powerful ways to change the story of child hunger for hundreds of children.

As we move into Spring, that trend continues. We’re excited to share that we have launched our weekend food program in an additional 2 schools, bringing the total number of schools in our network to 13! We are also launching our first Sheridan Story program in St. Paul.

As we approach the close of the school year, we find ourselves reflecting with gratitude on all the new partnerships and programs that have emerged over the last several months. We look forward to sharing more details about our impact in 2012-2013 and our plans for the coming school year over the next couple of months – stay tuned!
