500,000 meals provided since coronavirus crisis began
We have reached a new milestone since our response to the coronavirus crisis began a month ago.
500,000 MEALS PROVIDED
This is FOUR times the amount of meals we were providing a month before the coronavirus crisis began, and equivalent to:
Dramatically increasing our food deliveries was not something we had anticipated at the beginning of the year, but we were well positioned to quickly respond to this unprecedented spike in food insecurity. Our nimble operations, dedicated staff, strong partnerships, and generosity from our community has made it possible to continue filling the ever increasing hunger gap.
Getting to a million meals
We can’t stop at 500,000 meals. We need to raise over $1,000,000 to prepare over 1,000,000 meals for the children and families of Minnesota who need it most. While food insecurity challenges increase for more and more families in our communities, our need to continue to be a consistent source of nutritious food will also continue, and donations are more vital than ever.
We can’t thank you enough for your support in getting us this far. Your compassion and generosity have allowed us to provide thousands of meals to so many families. Your continued support will ensure that we can continue to do so.
