Ariel joined the Every Meal team in January of 2022. She graduated from the University of MN with a degree in Global Studies and Spanish, and a minor in Sustainability Studies. After graduation she found her passion for working to end food insecurity through work with a variety of nonprofits, working in the agricultural field, and two years spent as an Agroforestry Extension Agent with the Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa.

She enjoys outdoor activities including gardening, kayaking and camping. She travels whenever she can, loves learning languages and spending the days reading with her cats.
