Libby joined Every Meal in June of 2022. She comes from seven years of teaching and leadership in an elementary school, the last of which she was able to see Every Meal in action in her building. Having seen the huge impact Every Meal bags had on her students in the classroom, she is grateful for the opportunity to continue helping children in this new position.

Libby currently lives by Theodore Wirth Regional Park where you can find her walking her dog Pippi on the trails, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or curled up on the couch with a cup of tea and a good book.
