• Close-toed shoes are required to protect your feet.
• Dress in layers due to the varying temperatures in our warehouse.
• Jewelry is easily lost on the packing floor, so please do not wear sentimental or expensive jewelry to volunteer with us.
• Masks are required. Every Meal has cloth masks available, or you can wear your own from home.
• Minors will need to have a parent/guardian sign a release form before they can help. More info on youth volunteers here.
• When you arrive, please head for the west (back) side of the building and go to door N, labeled “Volunteer Entrance.”
• Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so we can begin on time.
• We’ll begin with a short orientation.
• Next, we get to work! Please remember to follow social distancing guidelines.
• In the end, we clean up, sanitize surfaces and tools, and celebrate the number of bags packed!
